Job Description

As a Utility Tariff Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing utility tariffs and modeling, configuring and testing tariff models. Since these tariffs will be used in a financial system, the Utility Tariff Business Analyst has to be detail-focused, patient and willing to work hard to make sure the models are precise and accurate. The Utility Tariff Business Analyst must be fast learning and willing to learn new tools and knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Read and understand utility tariffs and contracts
  • Analyze the structure and components of utility tariffs
  • Configure and implement tariff models using GridX proprietary tools and processes
  • Test the tariffs’ accuracy
  • Document the tariff models
Required Qualifications
  • Passionate about working with data and data analyses
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel including macros, functions, and pivot tables
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and familiar with SQL
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (new college graduates are welcome) 
  • Do-whatever-it-takes commitment
  • Knowledge of English language
